aws全区号( for a credible third force to enter the fray

PKR and Amanah were totally rejected, while DAP just managed to secure two seats in the recent Sarawak elections, giving Gabungan Parti Sarawak an overwhelming victory on a silver platter.

The reason for this strong rejection by the voters is simple – they are sick and tired over the likes of Anwar Ibrahim, Mohamad Sabu, Lim Guan Eng and Lim Kit Siang – the same old faces fronting the opposition bloc for years.

If the old-timers still do not get the message after, then there is surely a need for a strong, multiracial third force in Malaysian politics.

There have been rumours of a new political party, one that is multiracial with focus on more youth and women leaders.

Perhaps this is something the country needs, considering the same old faces with their own political agendas having been at the forefront for years.

Maybe it is time for women and youth and take the spotlight. After all, judging from countries like New Zealand and Taiwan, women leaders have done wonders for their nations.

Voters are sick and tired of the same old rhetorics. They are not blind and are able to distinguish between those who are sincere and those out merely for personal gains.

Those with court cases pending, allegations of sexual misconduct, among others should do the right thing and just bow out of politics.

It is time for a new brand of clean, multiracial, moderate leaders to come into the picture and lead the nation forward.

We need a party for all, a party that truly has the needs and aspirations of Malaysians at heart – one with a good mix of all races, women and youth.

If rumours of this third force in Malaysian politics in true, then perhaps this is something voters have been hoping and waiting for.

We need a credible third force and cannot let the future of our children go down the drain. – December 19, 2021.
